Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.
 - For items defective due to manufacturing issues, Ace High Trends covers replacement costs. Provide a valid invoice/receipt and photographic evidence of the defect. Send these to (our email address)
 - Examples of manufacturing defects: zipper issues, loose stitching, faulty hardware, or embellishments. Warranty exclusions: normal wear, stains, color transfers, pet damage, moisture discoloration, lost/stolen items, or damage from chemicals.
 - Return/exchange requests: submit to (our email address) within 14 days. Ensure original tags remain on the item. We don't offer repair, cleaning, or refurbishing services.
 - We offer store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Ace High Trends does not offer refunds on any purchases. 
 
Return & Exchange Steps:
- Email (info@acehightrends.com) with your order/invoice number. No order number? Provide proof of purchase.
 - Attach a photo of the item. If it's damaged, show the defect clearly.
 - Indicate your desired outcome (e.g., credit, replacement, refund).
 - After approval, pack the item securely with the included form.
 - Use an insured, traceable shipping method. We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*If the return is to the wrong address, our store cannot provide you with a refund or re-shipment.
Note:
- Customers cover return shipping.
 - Sale items and gift cards are final. No returns accepted.
 - Report damaged or missing items within 7 days.
 - Refunds exclude any initial shipping fees.
 - Coordinate all returns with customer service first.
 - Uncoordinated return packages will be refused.
 - Claims without response for 30 days will be voided.
