Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.
  • For items defective due to manufacturing issues, Ace High Trends covers replacement costs. Provide a valid invoice/receipt and photographic evidence of the defect. Send these to (our email address)
  • Examples of manufacturing defects: zipper issues, loose stitching, faulty hardware, or embellishments. Warranty exclusions: normal wear, stains, color transfers, pet damage, moisture discoloration, lost/stolen items, or damage from chemicals.
  • Return/exchange requests: submit to (our email address) within 14 days. Ensure original tags remain on the item. We don't offer repair, cleaning, or refurbishing services.
  • We offer store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Ace High Trends does not offer refunds on any purchases. 

 

Return & Exchange Steps:

  1. Email (info@acehightrends.com) with your order/invoice number. No order number? Provide proof of purchase.
  2. Attach a photo of the item. If it's damaged, show the defect clearly.
  3. Indicate your desired outcome (e.g., credit, replacement, refund).
  4. After approval, pack the item securely with the included form.
  5. Use an insured, traceable shipping method. We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  6. Address returns to:

*If the return is to the wrong address, our store cannot provide you with a refund or re-shipment.

 

Note:

  • Customers cover return shipping.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final. No returns accepted.
  • Report damaged or missing items within 7 days.
  • Refunds exclude any initial shipping fees.
  • Coordinate all returns with customer service first.
  • Uncoordinated return packages will be refused.
  • Claims without response for 30 days will be voided.
